As announced in our newsletter of 12 December 2023, UBS has been granted an extension of time until Wednesday, 10 January 2024 to respond to the actions filed to review the exchange ratio pursuant to Art. 105 Swiss Merger Act in connection with the takeover of Credit Suisse by UBS.
The Zurich Commercial Court has confirmed receipt of the response. UBS's response has not yet been forwarded to the plaintiffs, as the proceedings may have to be coordinated.
We will inform you as soon as the response to the SASV model claimants has been received. It is therefore not necessary for you to write to us, as we will inform all participants of any new findings via newsletter.
